Key Club is a student led community service club on the high school level that teaches members the value of helping others through participation in the community service projects and club activities. There is currently active Key Clubs at Cliff, Silver and Cobre High Schools.

The Cobre Key Club held a year end "Pancake Breakfast Bash" fundraiser to benefit members that would like to attend Key Leader and conventions next school year. Kiwanian and Eat Your Heart Out Catering owner, Veralee Berg (pictured to the right) assisted the kids in the kitchen and taught them how to prepare the food as well as managing the Kitchen. Also Kiwanian Ajay Reynolds (pictured to the left) assisted her son and Key Clubber Emmanuel Reynolds and member Tina May.
Key Club Members Help with 4th of July Fundraiser in Park--- This huge event is made successful in part to the help of the K Family members. Three high school Key Clubs assist in day's breakfast and BBQ.

Kiwanis One Day was celebrated by the Kiwanis Club of Silver City with a Big Ditch Park Cleanup attended by different members of the K-Family in April 1, 2011. Our Div. 7 Lt. Governor Alma Carson promoted having a service project whereby all members of the K Family could participate. Members of the Silver High School Kiwanis Key Club chose to clean up trash in the public park. Members of G.W.Stout K Kids, Kiwanis Silver City Aktion Club, Silver High Key Club and members of the Kiwanis Club of Silver City worked together.
